And the story continues

So my fears came true. Real life caught up faster than expected and I never got around to chronicling my Tito trip. But one thing that I have incorporated in my daily life, which will forever remind me of that magical place, is Gallo Pinto. This is a traditional rice-and-bean dish served during breakfast/lunch/dinner or any in-between meals. Very filling and nutritious, it was the meal that farmers in the olden times started their day with. I fell in love with it and made it for brunch today..
