Sonic Vibra cell
The 24 kHz sonicator doesn’t look good. I think I’ll switch to the Sonic VibraCell homogenizer . Atleast I won’t have to worry about the reliability of the machine, what with all other issues that I have to deal with. I ordered a tapered microtip for the probe which will facilitate sonication of small volumes of samples. Think I’ll simply discard yesterday’s cell samples. Don’t have a good feeling about them.
