The world according to Prerona…….

I am Prerona Chakravarty. I was born in Guwahati, Assam, one of the greenest, most beautiful valleys in the world and situated in the north east of India. I did my schooling in Holy Child School, Krishnagar, Guwahati. a convent run by the Salesian Sisters. After matriculation I joined the science stream in Cotton College, Guwahati. From there I went on to do my B.Tech in Chemical Engineering at the Regional Engineering College, Warangal (later renamed National Institute of Technology). At present I am in the United States as a Ph.D. student at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.
